Sleep Forecaster (the "Site") is a free bedtime calculator. This page explains what data we collect, what we don't, and what third parties may do.
1. Data we collect
None of your sleep inputs leave your browser. Wake time, age, energy level, and the lifestyle toggles you select are processed entirely on your device using JavaScript. We do not transmit them to any server, save them in a database, or share them with third parties.
2. Cookies
We do not set any first-party tracking cookies. The Site itself uses no analytics tools that identify you personally.
3. Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)
To keep the calculator free, we display ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may:
- Use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Use the DART cookie to serve personalized ads. You can opt out at Google Ads Settings.
- Process your IP address to show region-relevant ads.

The Site is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any revisions.
